GINA DE LA CHESNAYE
Gina de la Chesnaye Gina de la Chesnaye is an educator, humanitarian leader and practitioner specializing in the integration of contemplative practice, public health, and human rights in trauma affected communities across the United States, Central and East Africa, and South Asia. For over a decade her work has supported survivors of conflict, trafficking, and systemic violence. Gina designs and facilitates evidence-based mindfulness training and somatic intervention for frontline professionals, emphasizing sustainable regulation, relational safety, and practical skills that extend beyond the workplace into daily life.

She is the founder and director of The Nachan Project, contributing to advocacy and field research, international human rights reporting and the development of protection initiatives.
